Placements24 is seeking a Senior Community Support Specialist to lead advanced client support across social welfare services from a fully remote setting in South Africa. You will assess needs, coordinate access to housing, healthcare, and legal aid, and develop tailored intervention plans.

The role requires 5+ years in community support or social work, crisis intervention expertise, and strong collaboration with service providers. A Bachelor's in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in community support, social work, or case management.
• Proven crisis intervention and trauma-informed care experience.
• Strong knowledge of welfare systems and community resources in Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments and develop tailored support plans.
• Provide direct case management, crisis intervention, and emotional support.
