Job summary
Placements24 is seeking an experienced Online Community Support Lead to spearhead remote operations serving Pretoria and beyond. You will lead a team of remote support staff, oversee service delivery, and contribute to online support strategy with a strong emphasis on digital tools.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Public Administration, 5+ years in social care, and at least 2 years in leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Public Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years in social care or community management with 2+ in leadership.
- Experience leading remote teams and digital service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of remote community support professionals.
- Develop strategies for remote client engagement and service delivery.
- Ensure quality and efficiency of online support channels (chat, email, video).
- Monitor KPIs and report on impact and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify community needs and adapt offerings.
- Maintain knowledge of digital tools and best practices in remote social care.
