The role requires 5+ years of post-qualifying experience, MSW or equivalent, and strong counseling, assessment, and case management skills for remote delivery.

Qualifications

• MSW or equivalent and registered social worker.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualifying direct social work experience.
• Proven remote service delivery via telehealth and video calls.
• Strong counseling, assessment and case management skills.
• Autonomous work style with remote caseload and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced social work services via virtual platforms.
• Lead online support groups and psychoeducational workshops.
• Identify community needs and connect clients with resources remotely.
• Collaborate with remote colleagues and external agencies.
• Maintain confidential client records in secure digital systems.
• Stay updated on remote service delivery best practices.
• Advocate for clients' rights and connect to resources.
