The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least 3 years in social services, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote team while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development or social services.
• Experience with case management and client advocacy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community outreach programs to identify individuals in need.
• Provide direct support addressing social, emotional, and practical needs.
• Coordinate with external agencies, healthcare providers, and local authorities to connect services.
• Maintain confidential client records and document progress.
• Organize virtual and in-person community events.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Advocate for clients' needs with stakeholders.
• Assess community needs and adapt support strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the team to refine service delivery models.
