• 5+ years of experience in technology recruitment consultancy.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT roles across various levels.
• Excellent understanding of different IT technologies and industry jargon.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
• A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential.
• Demonstrable ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Resilience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
