Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing expert advice.
• Source, screen, and interview high-calibre candidates for technology roles across various specializations, including software development, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement and brief to offer negotiation and placement.
• Utilize a range of sourcing tools and techniques, including advanced search methodologies, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify passive and active candidates.
• Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a consistent pool of talent for current and future requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
• Achieve and exceed agreed-upon placement targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within a specialized sector like Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment process.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
• Experience working within the Midrand, Gauteng region is advantageous.
