You will source, screen, and interview candidates for software developers, engineers, and IT managers, build strong client relationships, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a remote-friendly environment.

You will stay ahead of tech trends, understand required tech stacks, and collaborate with colleagues to expand the firm's footprint in the high-demand IT sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience with Technology specialization.
• Strong knowledge of tech stacks, languages, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Gauteng tech landscape is an advantage.
