Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Sandton team and lead IT recruitment across software, cybersecurity, and cloud roles. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, build strong client relationships, and drive growth in our technology practice.

You will mentor junior consultants, develop sourcing strategies, and stay ahead of tech trends while achieving recruitment targets in a fast-paced office environment in Sandton.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT recruitment experience or strong IT recruitment background.
• Proven success recruiting for a range of IT roles (software, cybersecurity, cloud).

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

• Conducting in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the technology landscape and industry-specific terminology.


• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
