Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of property transactions remotely for the Vereeniging area. You will be the primary contact for clients, agents, and legal professionals, ensuring accurate documentation and timely closings.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in real estate coordination, deep knowledge of contracts, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar.
• Deep knowledge of real estate contracts and closing procedures.
• Proficiency with transaction management software and standard office apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract initiation to closing.
• Prepare and review all transaction documents including offers, disclosures, and closing statements.
• Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and lenders.
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, and final walkthroughs.
• Maintain accurate digital transaction files and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and resolve potential issues or delays during the process.
