Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in real estate administration.
• Strong understanding of real estate contracts and closing procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all transaction files from contract to closing.
• Prepare and distribute transaction documents with accuracy.
• Communicate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies.
• Track deadlines and contingencies; ensure paperwork is submitted on time.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues during transactions.
