Placements24 is seeking a Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage administrative and logistical aspects of nationwide property transactions. You will be the key contact for agents, clients, buyers, sellers and third parties, ensuring that all processes move smoothly from contract to closing.

You will coordinate deadlines, paperwork, scheduling inspections, and communications to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for all parties involved in each transaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator or admin role in real estate.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of real estate contracts, terminology, and closing procedures.
• Experience with real estate transaction management software and standard office apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the real estate transaction process from contract acceptance to closing.
• Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders and inspectors to meet deadlines.
• Prepare, review and manage transaction documents and disclosures.
• Maintain organized electronic filing systems for all transaction-related documents.
• Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals and closing appointments.
• Provide excellent client service and communications throughout the process.
