Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support a growing team of agents. You will manage contracts from under contract to closing, track deadlines, and keep all parties informed throughout the closing process.

This fully remote role requires experience with real estate transaction management software and CRM systems, exceptional written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or in a similar admin role.
• Proficiency with real estate transaction management software and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Prepare and distribute necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Track important dates and deadlines, ensuring timely submission of all required paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, escrow officers, lenders, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all transaction-related documents.
• Assist agents with administrative tasks, including scheduling showings and coordinating inspections.
