The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a distributed team, providing professional service to buyers, sellers, and lenders throughout the closing process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar administrative role.
• Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract signing to closing.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other appointments.
• Prepare, review, and organize transaction documents and disclosures.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, attorneys, and lenders to meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized transaction files and address issues that arise.
