Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Senior Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage administrative and logistical aspects of property transactions from contract to closing. This remote role supports a busy team in Benoni, coordinating with agents, clients, attorneys and title companies to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in real estate transactions, strong contract knowledge, superb communication, and proficiency with real estate CRM software

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar administrative role in real estate.
• Strong understanding of real estate contracts, closing procedures, and related documentation.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in real estate CRM software and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from contract initiation to closing.
• Prepare, review, and organize all necessary transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure smooth and timely closings.
• Track deadlines, milestones, and contingencies, proactively addressing any potential issues or delays.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all transaction-related documents.
