Responsabilités

• Drive Sales & Patient Styling – deliver a personalised patient experience while guiding patients on product selection.
• Lead Remote Testing – own the branch-level remote testing process.
• Manage the Patient Journey – coordinate bookings, schedules and digital queues.
• Own Administration & Financial Processes – manage daily admin workflows and reconciliations.
• Support Practice Performance – provide operational support for smooth running.
• Create Exceptional Patient Experiences – build relationships and maintain high service standards.
