Job summary

Dante Personnel Greenstone is assisting in recruiting for an opportunity at a dental practice. The role centers on delivering a personalized patient experience, guiding product choices, and managing the patient journey through bookings, digital queues and efficient scheduling.

The position also covers remote testing processes, daily administration and financial reconciliations, and general operational support to ensure smooth practice performance while maintaining high standards of patient care

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Patient Styling - Deliver a personalized patient experience while confidently guiding patients on product selection and styling
• Lead Remote Testing - Take ownership of the branch-level remote testing process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
• Manage the Patient Journey - Coordinate bookings, appointment schedules and digital queues to keep the practice running efficiently
• Own Administration & Financial Processes - Manage daily administrative workflows and ensure accurate financial reconciliations
• Support Practice Performance - Provide high-level operational support and contribute to the smooth, efficient running of the practice
• Create Exceptional Patient Experiences - Build strong relationships, deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every patient interaction reflects the highest professional standards
• Retail hours
