• Lead Remote Testing – Take ownership of the branch-level remote testing process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
• Manage the Patient Journey – Coordinate bookings, appointment schedules and digital queues to keep the practice running efficiently.
• Own Administration & Financial Processes – Manage daily administrative workflows and ensure accurate financial reconciliations.
• Support Practice Performance – Provide high-level operational support and contribute to the smooth, efficient running of the practice.
• Create Exceptional Patient Experiences – Build strong relationships, deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every patient interaction reflects the highest professional standards.
