Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of hotel operations experience with 2+ in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and standard office applications.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts in Sandton, Gauteng.
