Placements24 seeks a proactive Hotel Duty Manager for a reputable hotel in Mahikeng, North West. You will oversee daily shift operations across front desk, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth running of the hotel.

Lead and develop the operations team, respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and uphold service standards with calm, decisive leadership during high-pressure situations.

Formación

• 4 years minimum in hotel operations
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
• Strong leadership and staff-motivating abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Calm under pressure with sound decision-making
• Familiarity with hotel departments and their functions
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all hotel operations during shift across front desk, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, guide and motivate staff; enforce hotel policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation standards.
• Handle cash, credit and other financial transactions accurately.
• Coordinate activities with departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Report on performance, guest feedback, and incidents; act as on-shift senior representative.
• Liaise with departments for a cohesive guest experience; respond to emergencies.
