Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive OD strategies aligned with business goals.
Design talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
Lead change management initiatives with stakeholder buy-in.
Assess culture and identify opportunities to improve engagement and performance.
Facilitate leadership and team development sessions and coaching.
Conduct needs assessments and design interventions to close performance gaps.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align OD with talent and performance processes.
Use data and metrics to evaluate OD impact and report outcomes.
Manage external OD consultants and vendors when required.
Stay updated on OD trends and best practices.
