Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Manager specializing in Organisational Development for Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will lead strategic OD initiatives, drive leadership development, and align talent management with business goals.

This senior role requires 8–10 years HR experience in OD, strong facilitation and analytical skills, and deep knowledge of South African labor laws. You will partner with senior leadership to foster a high-performing, adaptable workforce.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, HR, or related field.
• 8–10 years in HR with a strong OD and Talent Management specialization.
• Experience designing large-scale OD, change management, and leadership development programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an organisational development strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Design and manage talent management programs, including succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development frameworks.
• Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication throughout the organization.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct organizational diagnostics to identify areas for improvement in structure, processes, and culture.
• Oversee performance management systems, ensuring they drive employee performance and development.
• Provide expert advice and support to senior leadership on OD-related matters in Mossel Bay.
• Measure the impact and effectiveness of OD interventions and report on key metrics.
