Job summary

Placements24 in Vereeniging, Gauteng, invites an experienced Senior Organisational Development Consultant to help clients enhance effectiveness, manage change, and foster positive workplace cultures. You will diagnose challenges, design interventions, and implement solutions aligning people with strategic goals.

The role requires a Master’s in Organisational Psychology (or related) and at least 7 years in OD/change management, with strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organisational Psychology or related field.
• 7+ years in organisational development, change management or consulting.
• Proven experience designing and implementing OD interventions in corporate settings.
• Strong knowledge of organisational behaviour and talent management best practices.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex projects and stakeholder relations.
• Experience with Gauteng-based clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments across structure, culture, talent and leadership.
• Design and implement OD initiatives including change management and leadership development.
• Facilitate workshops and training on engagement, team effectiveness and culture change.
• Develop performance management systems and engagement surveys.
• Advise leaders on organisational design and human capital management.
• Manage OD projects ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Support talent pipelines and succession planning.
