Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Consultant specializing in Organisational Design and Change Management to join our client in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. You will lead engagements focused on redesigning organizational capabilities, managing large-scale change initiatives, and ensuring adoption of new ways of working.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or HR, with at least 7 years in organisational consulting.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Organisational Psychology, MBA, HR).
• Minimum of 7 years in organisational consulting, change management or a related role.
• Proven expertise in organisational design principles and change management frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills.

• Assess current structures and identify redesign opportunities.
• Lead design of organizational capabilities aligned to strategic goals.
• Lead change management initiatives, including communication and resistance management.
• Design and deliver training programs on organizational change and new ways of working.
• Conduct impact assessments and develop mitigation plans for change risks.
• Facilitate leadership workshops to define future capabilities.
• Develop metrics to measure change outcomes and success.
• Advise on leadership alignment and talent development in change contexts.
