About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic growth marketing strategy encompassing acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue (AARRR).
• Design and manage a rigorous experimentation framework to identify and scale high-impact growth initiatives.
• Oversee and optimize paid acquisition channels (SEM, social, display) to achieve aggressive growth targets while maintaining positive ROI.
• Lead SEO strategy to drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings.
• Develop and implement email marketing and lifecycle marketing campaigns to enhance user engagement and retention.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to identify growth levers and implement product-led growth strategies.
• Analyze vast amounts of data to identify trends, insights, and actionable growth opportunities.
• Define key growth metrics and build dashboards to track progress and report on performance.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and competitive landscape to inform growth strategies.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of scaling user bases and revenue.
• Deep understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Experience with SQL for data analysis is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content strategy.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving startup environment.
