Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead for a fully remote SaaS startup. You will spearhead acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue through data-driven marketing and experimentation.

This role reports to senior leadership and requires coordinating with product and data teams to scale growth. With 5+ years in growth/ performance marketing, you will optimize SEO, paid channels, email lifecycle campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing or related role with proven scale
• Experience with experimentation and analytics
• Comfort with a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic growth marketing strategy (AARRR)
• Design and manage an experimentation framework
• Oversee and optimize paid acquisition channels (SEM, social, display)
• Lead SEO strategy for organic growth
• Develop and implement email and lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
• Define growth metrics and build dashboards
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies
• Manage and mentor a growth marketing team
