About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead their growth initiatives in a fully remote capacity. This strategic role is designed to identify and execute opportunities for scalable customer acquisition, activation, retention, and referral. You will leverage data analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive significant and sustainable growth for the business. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-informed growth marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments across various marketing channels (paid, organic, email, etc.).
• Identify key growth levers and opportunities through deep analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to ensure seamless integration of growth initiatives.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve target KPIs for customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV).
• Own the customer journey mapping and identify key touchpoints for optimization and conversion improvement.
• Report on growth metrics and campaign performance to senior leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar data-centric role.
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in customer acquisition, retention, or revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau).
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of various digital marketing channels and their performance metrics.
