Responsibilities

• Define job specs with hiring managers and sourcing strategies.
• Utilize sourcing channels: job boards, social media, networks, direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain a strong IT talent pipeline and build relationships.
• Provide salary benchmarks and market insights to hiring managers.
• Extend offers and facilitate onboarding.
