You will conduct technical screenings, interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Proven ability to source candidates for niche IT roles (e.g., Java, Cloud, Cybersecurity).
• Strong remote communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with recruitment technologies and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract top IT talent using online techniques, boards, social networks.
• Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews for IT roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, team dynamics, and culture.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application to offer.
