You will manage the full lifecycle, from sourcing through offer negotiation, focusing on software developers, data scientists, DevOps, and cybersecurity specialists.

You will leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to attract niche talent, while maintaining strong client relationships in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in technical recruitment.
• Proven track record of placing Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, and Cybersecurity specialists.
• Strong understanding of various programming languages, frameworks, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract niche IT talent.
• Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
