Placements24 in South Africa is seeking a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for software developers, network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and IT project managers, with remote-friendly policies.

You will build strong client relationships, develop sourcing strategies, conduct technical screenings, and advise on market trends while collaborating with a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience with a strong IT/technology focus.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for technical roles (software developers, sysadmins, network engineers, data analysts, cybersecurity).
• Excellent understanding of IT terminology, platforms, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT/technology roles from client engagement to candidate placement.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract active and passive IT candidates across platforms.
• Conduct in-depth technical screenings and competency-based interviews to assess skills and experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships in the technology sector and understand talent needs.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends to provide consultative recruitment advice.
