You will source, screen, and interview candidates across software development, cybersecurity, cloud, data analytics, and IT support, while leveraging ATS and remote collaboration tools

• Conduct detailed assessments of technical skills, experience and culture fit.
• Stay updated on IT trends and talent landscape to inform sourcing.
• Collaborate with remote colleagues and clients to meet targets.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using ATS.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview IT professionals across various specializations, including software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics, and IT support.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies leveraging online platforms, professional networks, and internal databases.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive talent landscape.
• Collaborate effectively with remote colleagues and clients to achieve recruitment goals.
• Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment progress using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Superb communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and proactivity.
• Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technologies.
• A genuine passion for the IT sector and connecting talent.
• A relevant degree or certification is advantageous.
