Ideal candidates have 4+ years in IT support, strong Windows/macOS knowledge, and familiarity with VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and security practices. Excellent communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of IT support or a similar technical role.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware, software, and network problems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Experience with IT security best practices and tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures, including virus protection and data backup.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.
• Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
• Train end-users on new technologies and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
