Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of IT support or a similar technical role.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware, software, and network problems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Experience with IT security best practices and tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) are highly desirable.
