Qualifications

• Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are highly desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in IT or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via various channels (phone, email, ticketing system, remote support).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and related software.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
• Document all support requests, resolutions, and IT procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel or external vendors as needed.
• Contribute to IT asset management and inventory control.
