Placements24 is seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team as a remote contractor supporting clients around Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. You will diagnose and resolve complex IT issues, assist end-users, and contribute to improving IT infrastructure while enjoying flexible remote work.

The role requires at least 3 years of technical support experience, strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, networks, and ticketing systems, plus excellent communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in technical support or IT analyst roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, networks and common business apps.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or MCSA are a plus.

Responsibilities
