You will be the primary contact for employees, delivering prompt support for hardware, software, and network issues in a hybrid role combining in-office collaboration with remote work.

Responsibilities include first- and second-level support, diagnosing and resolving issues, managing user accounts, and documenting solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS, Office suite and business apps.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and basic network administration.
• Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are desirable.
