Placements24 in Stellenbosch is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in technology to lead end-to-end recruitment for senior IT roles, including software developers, data scientists, cybersecurity experts, and IT managers. You will build client relationships and shape talent strategies.

You will mentor junior consultants, develop sourcing strategies, conduct technical screenings, and guide offers through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology recruitment experience.
• Proven track record in placing senior technical roles.
• Deep understanding of software, data, and cloud tech.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior tech roles (software, data science, AI/ML, cybersecurity, IT management) in Stellenbosch and Western Cape.
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
• Conduct in-depth technical screenings and competency interviews.
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understand tech needs and culture.
• Provide market insights, salary guidance, and recruitment strategy recommendations.
• Negotiate offers and manage hiring through onboarding.
