Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a Helpdesk or IT support role, in a senior capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, and network protocols.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex IT support tickets.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and network devices.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware.
• Develop and implement IT support policies and procedures.
• Mentor and train junior helpdesk technicians.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents meeting SLAs.
