Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Analyst or similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows and macOS, and common software applications.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting principles.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and standard business applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the IT environment.
• Document all support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
