JenRecruitment’s Johannesburg branch is seeking an highly organized Internal Sales Administrator to manage internal sales processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will handle customer orders, support external sales representatives, and ensure exceptional client service within a national and international business.

The role requires 2–5 years in internal sales or related fields, strong admin and order processing skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in internal sales, sales support, or sales administration.
• Strong administrative and order processing experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Matric essential.
• Diploma or certificate advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and manage customer orders via phone and email.
• Prepare and send quotations within required turnaround times.
• Process invoicing accurately.
• Support external sales representatives and account managers administratively.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
• Act as the main internal contact for order status, stock availability, and lead times.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding deliveries and urgent orders.
• Resolve customer and delivery-related issues professionally.
• Assist with upselling and customer support functions.
• Provide backup support to repairs and rental administration when required.
