Job summary

Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager in Germiston, Gauteng to lead the internal sales function, manage customer relationships and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will oversee the internal sales team, manage quotations and orders, monitor sales performance and resolve customer queries while delivering excellent service and contributing to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
• 3–5 years' experience in Internal Sales, preferably in technical, industrial, manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience supervising an Internal Sales team.
• Experience with quotations, customer orders, invoicing and sales administration.
• Experience managing customer accounts, credit limits and COD requirements.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.

INTERNAL SALES MANAGER

Location: Germiston, Gauteng
Salary: Neg depending on experience

Our client is looking for an experienced and hands‑on Internal Sales Manager to lead their internal sales function, manage customer relationships and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the internal sales team, overseeing customer orders and quotations, monitoring sales performance, resolving customer queries and ensuring a high level of customer service.

This is a customer‑focused position suited to an individual with strong internal sales, team management, customer service and commercial administration experience.

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• 3–5 years' experience in Internal Sales, preferably within a technical, industrial, manufacturing or distribution environment
• Previous experience managing or supervising an Internal Sales team
• Strong customer service and relationship management experience
• Experience with quotations, customer orders, invoicing and sales administration
• Experience managing customer accounts, credit limits and COD requirements
• Strong sales reporting and customer sales analysis experienceExperience identifying sales opportunities and growing existing accounts
• Good computer literacy
• Pastel experience advantageous
• ISO 9001 experience advantageous
