Job summary

You will own order processing, quoting, invoicing, and liaison with warehouse/logistics, while supporting account managers. A minimum of five years in internal sales or sales support is required, with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal sales, sales support, or administrative roles.
• Strong order processing and documentation skills.
• Excellent communications skills and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone and email accurately.
• Prepare and send quotes within required timeframes and issue invoices.
• Support account managers and external sales reps with administrative tasks and upselling.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client relationships.
• Act as the primary internal contact for stock, lead times and order status.
• Collaborate with warehouse/logistics to expedite urgent orders and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and team members.
