• Contribute to long-term growth of 11 Investments by attracting top talent.
• Draft engaging copy to attract recruitment consultants (PRCs).
• Pipeline future talent across all brands.

This role will be primarily focused on attracting and retaining the best recruitment talent across all of our businesses through a mixture of both experienced and entry-level hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with key stakeholders and Talent Director and Talent Engagement Lead to create a robust and agile hiring strategy


• Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to build effective attraction, sourcing, and closing strategies


• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing/headhunting, values-based interviews, offers, and HR administration.


• Produce creative talent attraction campaigns through social media, automation, email marketing, and other innovative methods


• Play a key part in building and promoting our employer brand.


• Make recommendations and bring ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-term growth of 11 Investments


• Write compelling and engaging copy to attract potential recruitment consultants (PRCs)


• Deliver the best candidate and employee experience.


• Pipeline future talent for 11 Investments


• Support the business with market and business intelligence to support our attraction approach and make recommendations on the right routes to market.
