Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a high-energy Internal Recruiter to join our RPO team in Johannesburg. You will attract top talent, build pipelines, map the market and manage KPI-driven placements to exceed client expectations.

You will draft job specs, source and advertise roles, screen, interview, and assess candidates, while reporting on KPIs and SLAs. A strong HR background and hands-on ATS experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent.
• Diploma/degree in HRM or related.
• Minimum 3 years Internal Recruitment experience.
• Minimum 2 years Agency Recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting Technical/Sales/IT and Generalist roles.
• Proficient with ATS, Job Portals and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
