Qualifications

• Sourcing high-potential candidates for multiple brands.
• Managing candidate pipeline end-to-end through interview stages.
• Developing compelling recruitment campaigns and employer branding content.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Director and Talent Engagement Lead to shape hiring strategy.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to build sourcing and closing plans.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviews, offers, HR admin.
• Create creative talent attraction campaigns via social media and email marketing.
• Promote employer brand and candidate experience across channels.
• Provide market insights to guide attraction strategies and routes to market.
• Contribute to long-term growth of 11 Investments by attracting top talent.
• Draft engaging copy to attract recruitment consultants (PRCs).
• Pipeline future talent across all brands.
