Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years in industrial or manufacturing engineering roles with process focus.
• Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost reduction.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and ERP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement manufacturing processes to meet targets and quality standards.
• Analyze production data to identify efficiency, cost, and waste reduction improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to troubleshoot issues.
• Apply lean principles to optimize workflow and throughput.
• Evaluate new equipment and technologies for future needs.
• Conduct time studies and capacity analyses to optimize resources.
• Train staff on new processes and quality requirements.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to quality policies.
• Support new product introductions for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
