- Develop and implement process optimization strategies using Lean/Six Sigma.
- Design time studies and workflow analyses to boost efficiency.
- Create and update SOPs and work instructions.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement changes and monitor results.
- Use data tools to track KPIs related to productivity and cost.
- Recommend equipment/technology to enhance processes.
- Ensure safety standards are integrated into designs.
