Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude toward work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
• CAD knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing manufacturing processes to identify improvements.
• Support lean manufacturing tool implementation under guidance of senior engineers.
• Conduct time and motion studies to evaluate workflow efficiency.
• Collect and analyze data on production output, quality, and resource use.
• Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support root cause analysis activities for production issues.
• Contribute to design and layout of production lines and work areas.
• Learn and apply statistical process control (SPC) methods.
• Maintain documentation and records for process improvement projects.
