Qualifications

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related quantitative field.
7+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering focusing on process optimization and supply chain.
Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma is required.
Experience leading cross-functional, remote projects.
Strong analytical, modeling, and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale operational improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced methodologies.
Analyze supply chain and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
Develop models and simulations to evaluate changes and predict outcomes.
Create SOPs and best practice guides; document processes.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with global teams.
Define and track KPIs; report to senior leadership.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.
