Placements24 seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead process optimization and lean initiatives in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will drive data-driven improvements across operations, applying Lean, Six Sigma, TOC, and advanced analytics in a global, time-zone-spread team.

5–7 years of experience in industrial engineering, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage projects end-to-end in a remote-first environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering focusing on process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop data-driven strategies for process optimization and waste reduction using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and related methodologies.
• Design and model new process flows and layouts to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
• Conduct time and motion studies, capacity planning, and resource allocation analyses.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track KPIs.
